There may be many marketers, but only a few successful marketers. The primary way a salesperson’s success is measured is through revenue growth and company profits. There are a few ways that a seller can be successful.

Marketing also provides services and guidance to the organization. Details such as future market requirements are provided to R&D and engineers by marketing professionals. This is done so that the company can keep track of the changing demands of the time and manufacture products accordingly.
