In an era of unprecedented global warming where the world is rapidly approaching the point of no return, the need for emission-free CO2 energy is imperative for humanity’s survival. Today, we are only now understanding the same concepts that would allow man to transform our energy networks with non-combustible energy sources. More than four-fifths of the world’s electrical power sources come from the same fuel sources that contribute to the horrific climate changes that are ravaging the planet.

The concepts that are now being considered as replacements for our existing electrical sources were actually not only proposed, but used not once, but on two separate occasions that demonstrated that electricity can be implemented using the planet itself as the source of power. fuel of the soul. What we are talking about is magnetic energy. Throughout our history there have been inventors who have gained worldwide recognition for their inventions. Some have gone to fame and fortune, while others have faded into obscurity. It is a story that is full of famous people, many of whom were actually infamous characters. It was Horace Greeley who once said, “If legend becomes fact, print legend.” This refers to Americans historically described as the greatest inventor Thomas Edison.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Thomas Edison was at the height of his profession. But, what actually happened over a span of ten years changed the landscape of America and even the world to the realities we face today. What could have been and what actually resulted in where we are today is not accurately described or emphasized in the teaching of our history. The story will often not portray the true characteristics of the historical figures. Many have entered the sunset as great contributors to the human experience, while others remain in the shadows.

The relationship between two of those figures in Americana, Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla, are fascinating insights into what our current world could have been compared to our realities. We rarely consider Thomas Edison at the same level of genius as Albert Einstein, nor do we consider Tesla the greatest American inventor. But, in fact, it was the genius of Tesla whose theories and concepts proved that our world today will eventually have access to free wireless electricity. Tesla, who started working for Edison only to be betrayed by Edison, envisioned a world where free electric power would be available to everyone. A concept alien to a capitalist entrepreneur like Thomas Edison.

In the early 1900s, JP Morgan was the financial instrument behind Thomas Edison. The two produced the first for-profit power company. But it was Tesla whose own inventions were more successful, but were ignored by big financiers like Morgan and company. Without adequate funding, Tesla soon found itself abandoning many of its projects that if they had had enough financial backing, who knows what it would be like today. History tells us that Tesla was the one who realized what magnetic energy is capable of. Essentially, magnetic energy is derived from the Earth’s magnetic field. If one could harness the power of the Earth’s magnetic field and convert it into electrical energy, the possibilities would be endless.

While Edison and Morgan were setting up electric power companies, Tesla, who realized what magnetic energy could do, designed the first rectenna that would convert magnetic waves into electricity. His concepts at the time were ridiculed and dismissed as not being physically possible, after all Edison already had the electric light bulb lighting up JP Morgan’s house and others as well. Without financial assistance to produce a commercial application of his designs for magnetic energy, Tesla eventually had to abandon the project. Sad, when so much was lost just due to lack of financial support.

A few years later, his designs to produce magnetic energy were made by Lester Hendershot who, fortunately for Charles Lindbergh, what is now called the Hendershot generator allowed the Spirit of St. Louis to cross the Atlantic. What history doesn’t reveal is the true fate of what happened to the Spirit of St. Louis after it landed in Paris. What history reports and teaches us is that the plane was flown back to the United States, where it now hangs at the Smithsonian in Washington. The plane was dismantled and the magnetic generator was confiscated by the United States government, never to be seen again. Lester Hendershot’s fate today remains a mystery.

Of great inventions like the Magnetic Generator or the Precipitator that removes industrial smoke that would change the world for the better, they are constantly denied to the public’s availability unless corporations can make huge profits. So far they exist, but are either very limited due to cost or deliberately kept out of the public eye in order to benefit from their applications. Profits have always been the main factor as to why or not certain inventions are considered practical or not. And, if profits cannot be made within the realities that exist today, inventions are always prevented from being implemented by the government or the corporate power structure that exists today.
