Are print speed and energy efficiency important? It’s good for me to have a fax integrated with my printer. In my opinion, this is what makes an office printer. The Canon PIXMA MX870, MX350 and MX340 are very good wireless printers. You can set them up almost anywhere so everyone has access to them. Each of these printers needs a code to access editing and printing PDF files.

Canon PIXMA MX870 Printer:
Resolution is brilliant at 9600 x 2400 dpi in colour. Ideal for business documents and photos. It also has an independent ink system that works with 4 dye-based inks, including black ink. With the independent ink system, you can replace only the ink that runs out, saving money. It has the advantage of printing and copying on both sides of the paper without flipping the paper. This definitely saves time and a lot of paper. Another interesting thing is that there is a 2-way paper feeder. You can load paper in the front or rear of the printer. I think the printing speed is a bit slow. It takes 30-40 seconds to print the first page and 1 minute to print 3.5 pages in total. What I didn’t like was the lag time between pages.
Canon PIXMA MX350 Printer:
The resolution of this printer is excellent at 4800 x 12006 dpi in color. Canon uses what they call Full Photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering. It is ideal for printing documents and photographs. It uses 2 ink cartridges. One is a black cartridge for detailed quality text. The other, a multicolored cartridge. Both are very easy to replace. When you upload your images, the printer automatically sorts the images into 5 styles. If any of the images are underexposed, the printer has the option to automatically correct the images. The print speed of this printer was quite good at 5.7 pages per minute.
Canon PIXMA MX340 Printer:
This printer has the same excellent resolution as the MX350 at 4800 x 12006 dpi in colour. Which also uses Canon’s full photolithography inkjet nozzle engineering. At 5.8 pages per minute, this printer is the fastest. What all three have in common are these.

These are my printer reviews: the 3 best printers for a home office. Depending on what you’re looking for, a good starting office printer I’d consider would be the MX350 or the MX340. Both have fast print speeds with great resolution with a difference of about $15. The MX870 has the best resolution overall. If you’re printing a lot of multicolor graphics for presentations, this might be for you. The ink will turn out cheaper in the long run.
