Certainly not, good health is a blessing and is not limited to any special class of lucky people or individuals. Each of us can be in good health forever. But there are certain protocols to do or not to do or can tell, that you must follow. Here, I want to emphasize that these protocols or guidelines are immensely enjoyable to practice.

First of all, you need a deep sleep of at least six hours. Avoid drinking tea or coffee, before going to bed, instead you can choose the music that you like the most. For example, you can play rock music for an hour every day before going to bed. The main goal or purpose is to distract you from your daily work schedule and to calm you down.

Next comes your food. It is one of the most important and crucial parts of our good health. As we all know, the healthy mind lives in the healthy body. Therefore, the food you eat should be balanced and nutritious. Your food should contain an adequate amount of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, fats, minerals, and fiber. These ingredients are readily available in green vegetables, fruits, legumes, and nuts. Here I want to add, if possible, avoid taking fast food, because researchers have found that these foods lack the necessary nutrients, which our body requires. You should eat short meals frequently instead of eating many foods at once. If possible, eat at least six to eight times a day. Apart from this, drink plenty of water as it will purify your digestive, circulatory and nervous systems.

Last but not least, you should get a moderate amount of exercise each day. I understand that it is not practically possible to follow the routine. But you can easily do it twice a week. The simple exercise, which is very effective, is to take a light walk for half an hour. This will increase your bone mass and stimulate your circulatory system. Thanks to the improved capillaries, you will soon find that your skin is radiant and that you are fitter and more energetic.
