Driving convictions generally result in a fine and points on your license. Typically, these endorsements are records, which are against the offender for a minimum of four years and a maximum of up to eleven years, depending on the severity of the motor violation. The offender can view their records online and check the penalty points and term associated with the offense. You may be disqualified from driving if the number of points accumulated exceeds 12 within a period of 3 years or less.
