Everyone needs to be recognized for their efforts; for the wonderful person they are. Well, let that start with you. Hone your instincts to look for good qualities in people. You will notice the gifts of people the more you look.
You can make or break anyone’s day (or spirit) with the words you choose. Start creating a happy world around you. The emphasis is on focusing on the positive. One way is to keep a gratitude journal and start making a list to appreciate people.
