Both teams score: yes
This is probably my favorite betting strategy, which generates a large part of my winnings. I just love it. How can you not if this type of bet can win, say 8 minutes after kick-off? This is more of a method than a strategy, and I’m going to share it with you right now.
Step 1
Out of all the upcoming matches, pick 3-5 matches that you think are sure to end as “both teams score: yes”. For example, games like Almería-Sevilla. First of all, you should look at La Liga and the Bundesliga, that’s my advice. As a result, you should have a couple of games that you think are very likely to match this bet.
Any specialist who regularly places these bets should have a list of the teams that are most likely to score and concede. Short list of 10-15 clubs but don’t forget that every new season is special and these lists need to be updated and teams checked for injured players etc.
A very important thing is the home game or the guest game. Why did I mention Almeria – Seville before? Almería is a hero at home. At least they were in 2009/2010. They scored in almost every home game, no matter who is at the other end: Barcelona or Real Madrid. And Sevilla, a team with a very good attack and an average defense. What does that give us? Both teams to score: yes!
Step 2
Add many more games (maybe even every championship game you know of) to your list and mark each one as likely or unlikely to call. Think about the local factor, the motivation, the offensive and defensive factor.
Step 3
Include “weak vs. weak” games and exclude “strong vs. strong” games. Weak teams when playing against each other are much more likely to score against each other than big teams.
Step 4
Score with more games left, and leave out the ones you just don’t feel like scoring. If your intuition tells you that something is not right in the game, forget it.
step 5
Statistics! The best friend of each handicap. So how many games do you have left after 4 steps? Check the stats of those teams. More importantly, how a team has played the last few games at home or away and in that particular stadium. Maybe some teams that usually score and concede love to show 0:0 against each other.
step 6
So what to do next with the games you have left. Check the teams grill, if all the forwards and defenders are okay, look for the motivation of one of the teams. A team can play several cups and be exhausted after a Champions game, which can be good or bad for you, depending on the team.
step 7
Bet on the remaining games! Sometimes I get a couple of 99% pairs and put them in a multiple bet.
Every new week you have to remember that each tour is special and don’t be lazy to follow these steps every time!
