DELHI

My trip to Delhi began with the curiosity of our capital, New Delhi. Being an Indian and having India as my homeland, I have yet to revel in the capital of my proud nation. Delhi has always been an important place in India at all times. Old Delhi was the capital of the Islamic dynasty that ruled India, while New Delhi was developed by the British government in India. I would call Delhi the phoenix city of India as the history of Delhi revealed that the city has been built, destroyed and rebuilt many times. Okay, enough about the boring history class, now it’s time to have a binding time in Delhi. binding It’s funny in Hindi, I’m a believer in the saying, “when in Rome, do as the Romans do.” Therefore, a bit of Hindi would not hurt. However, language has never been a barrier in India.

FROM THE PAST

I decided to start my trip with a bit of history in this wonderful city, what better than museums to get to know and understand this historic city. I made my way to the archaeological museum in the Red Fort with artifacts from the Mogul the museum has many objects of historical importance. There is a section dedicated to the first war of independence of 1857.

My next destination was the Air Force museum in palmThis place houses the aircraft engineering marvels that existed in the Indian Army at various times.

The National Museum of Natural History is a must see if the kids are with you, even as an adult the life size structure of the dinosaurs was impressive.

Delhi has an overabundance of museums, if you are a history buff, Delhi will not disappoint. However, being 20 years old, I’m not too attached to the story. My sights are next on the first class movie experience that the capital state of India can offer.

AN AFTERNOON WITH CELEBRITIES

Having spent the day before in museums, I decided to refresh myself with the trend of the day, and who better than celebrities to give you fashion advice? Therefore, I decided to have my day for some movies. If you ask yourself, why would I want to go see a movie on my vacation? My friends, they are completely wrong, it is not the movie but the movie experience as Delhi is home to several theaters of world class standards.

Cinema City Center DT, a US-based company that boasts one of the best projectors in the world, not only is the quality of its cinema highly spoken of, its cafeteria has often been the talk of moviegoers here. I plan to treat all my senses in this splendid place.

PVR select Citywalkthis multiplex does not need presentations in the delhi people. This six screen conglomerate is well known for its high standards in all aspects to make your movie experience the ultimate. Each screen has a capacity of more than 1,000 seats, of which two are gold classes.

After seeing a couple of movies in these esteemed theaters, I decide to retire from the celebrity experience. These movie theaters are just the tip of the spear; Delhi has numerous first-rate theaters. Stainless Steel Movies, Fun Cinemas, Wave Cinemas and Sathyam Cineplex are some of the other esteemed movie theaters that the city proudly presents to the moviegoer.

ENTERTAINMENT AT ITS CREATION

Having my previous day filled with recorded entertainment, I want this day’s activities to be live entertainment. Delhi is a city known for its theater performances and musical concerts often performed by legends of Karantic origins.

Kanmani Auditorium, a hall with a capacity of 600 seats is one of the most prestigious auditoriums in Delhi, with more than four decades of history. It is said that this room is one of the best in the country, since many legends are represented here. Kathak Dancer Deepak Maharaj, Master Buddhadev Dasgupta These are some of the names to keep in mind, from the list of legendary artists that this majestic room has hosted.

My next stop was a bit of indo-international experience, to be more precise it is a indo-israeli experience. I was amazed to find an auditorium of activities and entertainment devoted entirely to a foreign culture.

ISRAEL cultural center, more than half a century old, it was the consulate of Israel in India. Having always had a cordial relationship, the Israel Cultural Center was established to showcase the cordial relationship between the nations. This cultural center shows and explains Israeli culture with different activities and shows often performed by Israeli intellectuals. The center even shows movies, during which you can see the center packed with fans.

Enjoying live entertainment activities during the day, Delhi has numerous auditoriums and live entertainment halls for music and theater enthusiasts. Agha Khan Hall, Aifacs Auditorium, Akshara Theatre, Ambedkar Auditorium and American Center are some of the live entertainment centers that the city offers.

IT’S TIME TO DRINK AND DANCE

Having spent my days lounging around sitting down, I am ready for my day of loud music and dancing. If you are guessing a pub or a nightclub, then you are correct on both guesses. I’m going to a pub for a few quiet drinks until it gets late, how about later? Of course, I’m going to shake off the alcohol.

With a western ambiance and English pub experience, POLO Lounge is a sophisticated place for a quiet drink or to move your limbs to the soft vibes of pub music. The atmosphere is not loud, but not boring either. I would suggest having at least one drink at this classy place.

My next stop is amphibian interests, if science geeks wince at the thought of frogs, you’re right again, Blue Frog is my next stop on my next-level party night. The blue frog is said to play host to many crazy party-going patriots. I decide to rock to the blaring of the speakers with a pair of hot women in each of my arms, making four in all. Yes, I am greedy with women and food *chuckles*. There is a local saying that by being opposed to this paradise-party even Quitab Minar you lean in a little sleepy from just watching the flowing drink and the blaring of the speakers all night.

Thus, my days in Delhi come to an end, I regret a little that I ended my vacation, but the memories would lose value if they were an everyday affair. Punishing myself, I bring back my joyful self to bid a radiant farewell to this splendid city.
