Bradford is located in West Yorkshire, which is a county in England. Since around the year 2000 Bradford has really become a much better place to go out at night. Located about 5 minutes walk from the train and bus connections; The Sun Inn is a great place to go for drinks with your friends.
Gay clubs include the Candy Club, which is a popular club open from 7pm to 2am Thursday through Sunday. It has two floors and a capacity of around 500. The gay scene in Bradford is eclectic, offering a variety of gay clubs and gay friendly bars, each offering something a little different. This is a part of the country that is changing rapidly and what was considered taboo just a couple of years ago is now easily accepted and integrated as part of life. Most of the people are warm and friendly, hospitality is a central theme, but you have to be careful as the change may have been quick for some who have not yet accepted the scene.
