By now, it may be clear to everyone that Nate Robinson is a human spring. He currently plays point guard for the New York Knicks and is known for his dazzling cutting ability and dunks at the rim. At only 5 feet 7 inches tall, so how does Nate Robinson dunk?

In the 2006 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, he dunked former champion Spud Webb, and he repeated that feat by dunking Dwight Howard in the 2009 NBA Slam Dunk Contest. He won the dunk title both years. . Also, blocking a shot against the 7-foot-6-inch-tall Yao Ming was an incredible feat.

Nate Robinson’s slam dunk simply means having a 45-inch vertical jump! His slam dunk workouts include 4 days a week and a one hour a day program.

Day one (one hour)

  • Jump rope for 400 to 800 jumps
  • Sprint and drop, which means running fast up and down the court and then suddenly dropping down to do some push-ups and running again 10-20 times.
  • Do the figure eight move using a 12-pound medicine ball in a seated position with a stability ball. Limit your body movement as little as possible, then repeat the movement 20 to 25 times and another series in opposite movement.
  • Incline Crunches or Chest Press 20 times per set for 2 sets
  • Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curl 20 times per set for 2 sets.
  • Single arm triceps extension. In a seated position, place the dumbbells behind your head and slowly move up until your arm points up.

Day two (one hour)

  • Jump rope for 400 to 800 jumps
  • Sprint with high knees throughout the entire basketball court. Raise your knees as high as possible while running 20 to 50 sprints.
  • Then continuously repeat the Day 1 program and the Day 2 program to complete these slam dunk exercises.
