This information is to help you and your loved ones live healthier and happier lives. The tips and tricks we offer in this series should not be used as medical advice, as they should be left to you and your doctor, but everything in this series is designed for you and your doctors to use to help improve quality. of your life and intensify your vigor to live.

The main part of this series is divided into ways you can add years to your life through basic information and activities. The next part should be shared with your doctor, chiropractor, cardiologist, or any other healthcare professional you trust for your well-being.

In this age we are tired of living just to survive and we want to live without pain and be more functional. This series is for you. If you are willing to take the lessons and apply them to your circumstances, you will have the tools you need to live a happier, healthier lifestyle!

Since this is the introduction to the series, the first lesson is all about having fun. Much of our lives have told us to “calm down,” to stop doing that, to start “acting our age,” and so on. Well that’s not fun! Our bodies were made for activity and with movement it comes to life.

If we have to move, we might as well have fun doing it! So today’s lesson is to have a little fun! Get out of the house and do something you like to do. If it’s shopping, enjoy it (just keep your credit card at home!). If it’s about walking, go for a walk. If it’s the middle of winter or scorching summer, walk inside.

There are hundreds of ways to get out and enjoy the day. Now, since most of us aren’t used to having fun, here’s a tip: THINK LIKE A THREE-YEAR-OLD!

By the three of us, we’ve learned the basics of right and wrong (so we don’t run in front of cars or play in traffic for fun) and we’ve learned what we like to do the most (coloring, playing on the playground, model building). So it’s time to get back to being THREE years old and have a little fun. Pick something a three-year-old likes and do it! You don’t have to take all day (most 3-year-olds can only do a 30-minute to 1-hour activity), so pick that activity and do it.

That is your homework for this lesson. If you have the opportunity, go to our blog and post your FUN activity of the day, and share it with other people who want to live a little healthier!

See you soon!
