PM Shines is Paul Mitchell’s latest demi-permanent color. It’s an easy-to-use liquid gel formula that makes hair look healthy, vibrant, and ultra-shiny. PM Shines is available in 35 intermixable shades and a sheer shine. When mixed with Clear Shine, it offers uniform, shiny and radiant hair. Being rich in hydration, it helps to color the most damaged hair. Ammonia free, slowly fades with around 25 shampoos. As a result, if you have made a mistake in choosing the right shade, you don’t need to stick with it for long.

Formulated with Intense Hydrating Complex (IHC), this hair color penetrates deep into the shaft and hydrates the hair. This formula contains a unique conditioning agent obtained from the meadow seed present in it. This agent along with the IHC formula helps repair damage and intensify shine. The ingredients in this hair color include soy protein. During the coloring process, hair loses some of its amino acids and the soy protein found in PM Shines helps to replenish it. Clear Shine also contains UV absorbers to prevent color fading and reduce environmental damage. It has a clear and pleasant fragrance that makes hair coloring a relaxing experience.

Tips for coloring with Paul Mitchell

Select the appropriate shade

Paul Mitchell colors are richer than most colors as they are highly pigmented. So you may need lighter or darker shades to get the relevant look. It is good practice to test the semi-permanent or temporary finish first to make sure you are making the right decision when choosing your color.

Lounge location

You can only get Paul Mitchell Color from a licensed salon that is an Affiliate of Paul Mitchell and has stylists trained exclusively for the service. You can call your salon or check their website to see if they have Paul Mitchell products.

Hair care

Exposure to the sun and harmful chemicals from used shampoos can discolor hair. To ensure that the color remains for a long time, you should try to avoid the sun as much as possible or wear a protective hat. Regular shampoos contain chemicals like sulfate that damage colored hair. Paul Mitchell has his own line of sulfate-free shampoos that protect your colored hair. Properly caring for colored hair can ensure color that lasts for up to 8 weeks.
