Like all the villas in the development, the central focus is an L-shaped pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by modern outdoor furniture and lush tropical gardens.
The 3-bedroom villas are built to a similar layout as the 2-bedroom villas, although the larger pavilion contains two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which share a large bathroom.
The 4-bedroom Plumeria Place Villas are equipped with 3 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. Here the master bedroom is located in its own separate pavilion and the single bedroom is accessed via the living room and kitchen pavilion.
